Missguided College Fashion giveaway
These terms and conditions apply to the “Missguided College Fashion giveaway*” advertised on College Fashion’s official website www.collegefashion.net(“College Fashion Website”) and re-posted their Twitter account www.twitter.com/collegefashion (“College Fashion Official Twitter Account”), their Facebook account www.facebook.com/collegefashion (“College Fashion Facebook Account”), their Instagram account “@collegefashion” (“College Fashion Instagram Account”) and their Pinterest website www.pinterest.co.uk/collegefashion (“College Fashion Pinterest”) on 19 August 2019. This “giveaway*” is a prize draw which offers entrants the opportunity to win a Missguided gift voucher worth $200 to spend on www.missguided.com (“Prize Draw”). One winner. No purchase necessary. US residents only.
1. Conditions of entry – To participate in this promotion you must satisfy the following:
1.1. You must be 18 or over; If you are not, you must have the permission of your parent or guardian to participate in this promotion. By participating, you confirm that you have obtained such permission;
1.2. You must be a US resident;
1.3. Only one entry per person; bulk entries made by third parties are not permitted;
1.4. You are not permitted to enter if you are our employee or their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise associated with the Prize Draw;
1.5. You must agree to and comply with these terms and conditions; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to participate and will be disqualified.
2. How to enter - to enter this Prize Draw you will need to do the following:
2.1. Click on the widget on the College Fashion Website (“Actions”).
3. Entry period – You can enter the Prize Draw at any time between 00:00 (ET) (GMT-5] on 19 August 2019 and 23:59 ET (GMT-5) on 2 September 2019 (“Closing Date”) (“Entry Period”). Entries will not be accepted after the Closing Date.
4. Winner selection - All eligible entrants’ that have completed one of the actions will automatically be placed in a draw and one winner will be selected at random (“Draw”) after the Closing Date. College Fashion uses Rafflecopter widget to collect the entries and so no separate form is required. College Fashion’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the Prize Draw will be entered.
5. Prize - There will be 1 winner and the prize for the winner will be as follows (the “Prize”):
5.1. A Missguided gift voucher worth $200 to spend on the www.missguidedus.com website (“Website”) (“Voucher”). The Voucher can only be used on the Website and cannot be used on any other medium including at any concession or store, or any third party website, and cannot be used towards delivery charges or used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or code (including without limitation student discount). Voucher cannot be used on sale, discounted, beauty or branded products. Voucher must be redeemed in one transaction. Voucher must be used within 3 months of receiving the prize. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise agreed in writing by us and the Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, cash alternative or any other form of compensation. The Prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with one of the same or greater value.
6. Winner notification – The winner will be randomly selected. We will notify the winner via email within 7 days of the Closing Date. The winner will be asked to confirm their full name, age, postal address, email address and telephone number to claim the Prize and provide proof of identity where necessary. We reserve the right to disqualify you from the Prize Draw if you are unable to provide such details. The Prize must be claimed within 14 days of the date of our notification to you. If the Prize is unclaimed after this time we reserve the right to offer the Prize to another winner selected in accordance with these terms. If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the Prize or any part of the Prize, we reserve the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and we will be able to retain or dispose of the Prize (or part of the Prize) at our own discretion.
7. Announcement of winner - The name and country of residence of the winner will be made available upon request for two months after the Closing Date. Please write to the address below for these details.
8. Disqualification - We reserve the right to refuse to award the Prize or disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in this promotion or won using fraudulent means. Late or incomplete entries which do not satisfy these terms and conditions will be disqualified and not be entered into the Prize Draw.
9. Changes to the promotion - We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw at any stage where we deem it necessary and/or there are circumstances outside our reasonable control which affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
10. Information about you - By entering this Prize Draw you agree that we may hold and use your personal data (including without limitation your Instagram handle, name, date of birth, email address, postal address and telephone number) for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy (www.missguidedus.com/privacy-policy) including where necessary, to the transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Where you are the winner, you agree we may disclose your name and country of residence to other entrants of this Prize Draw. You also agree that we may use your name, social media handle and other information which identifies you for promotional purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 do not use or provide any information about yourself including without limitation your name, address, email address or screen name or user name you may use. If we learn that we have collected or received personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 11. Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your entry into the promotion or arising from your acceptance and use of the Prize.
12. Law - These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
