1. Where's my order?

You can track your order for regular updates on where it's up to. When it’s ready to leave our warehouse you’ll get an email to let you know.

Only just ordered? You can check your order status in My Account.

Don’t forget that our couriers work ‘til 9pm so your order could arrive in the evening.

If you're not in when the courier tries to deliver don't panic! They'll leave a calling card with further instructions.

Some of our couriers will drop you a text to let you know when your order's on its way. You can update your phone number for future orders in My Account.

2. How do I return something?

Step 1: Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please mark on your delivery note which you would like to return using the reason codes provided.

Step 2: Return your items in the original packaging (if possible), with the tags still attached. We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, cosmetics, perfume where the cellophane packaging has been removed or any underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

Step 3: Return your items to the address detailed on your delivery note.

The cost of a return is payable by you and we won't reimburse this. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.

3. When will I get my refund?

Please allow up to 10 working days for your returned parcel to be received. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed at our Warehouse. Refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account.

If you haven't heard from us after 10 working days of sending your parcel back to us, get in touch below with your proof of return.
